If you are getting "The Works" please be sure to fill out: Organization Agreement, Favorite Business list, Please email us a brief descriptive wrtie up of who you are, what you are raising money for, and your fundraising goals. Please close you letter stating that you have chosen the discount card as a means for fundraising.

Please fill out your favorite business list as thoroughly as possible. Be sure to list the phone numbers for eash business/location that you would like to see on each card. It is important to list at least 3 choices in case we are unable to secure your first or second choices. The more eating establishments you have on the card, the better your card will sell. Since people eat everyday, they will easily recoup their $5-$10 donation by using the card at the places they already patronize.
